How to Avod Airline Jet Lag Sickness During an Airplane Flight Without Medication

SDR2010

I have traveled all over the United States and I have found that jet lag usually comes with any trip that it worth taking. This would often ruin the first two days of any vacation. However, I had to find a way to fight against this because it's very hard to conduct a business meeting when I felt horrible after a six-hour flight. I tried many different things but I found that sticking to some simple tricks worked the best for me:

1) Get sleep

You will need to make sure that you are not tired when you are departing to avoid feeling jet lagged. You can do this by making sure that you are rested up on the two days prior to you r departure.

2) Bring accessories

These should include a travel pillow and some blinds that you will use to cover your eyes once your flight takes off. If you are the type of person who gets easily distracted by noise around you then you will need to also bring earplugs with you so that you can keep the noise out and stay relaxed.

3) Let loose

If you normally wear pajamas when you are headed to bed then you should wear these on the plane because you will feel as if it is time for you to go to sleep. This will reduce the feeling that you need to go to sleep when you reach your destination and you will not feel sleep deprived on your trip. You should bring along a change of clothes which you will change into once you land.

4) Choose drinks wisely

If you are going to be rested then you should avoid drinking things like cola because they will keep you up during the flight. You can drink water if you like but you should avoid anything that will keep you from sleeping which includes food.
