Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy SLEEP Body Lotion Lavender & Chamomile Product Review

Have you ever had trouble going to sleep at night and tossed and turned until the sheets fell off of your mattress? I recently came across a body lotion that not only smells great, but also will give your sweet refreshing slumber.

Recently while out doing a little Christmas shopping this past week with my mom and sister, we went into Bath & Body Works to sniff all of the good stuff that they have here. We were walking around each display and sniffing and smelling different lotions, shower gels, bath salts, body scrubs, body creams and such when I came across a body lotion that had lavender and chamomile in it. I know that both of these are natural sleep aids and decided to take a sniff to see how it smelled and wow it smelled amazing! I purchased a bottle to take home to try and see if this lotion would help me to fall asleep better at night.

Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy SLEEP Body Lotion comes in a dark purple glass bottle and contains 6.5 ounces of body lotion. There is a pump on the top of the bottle to dispense the lotion with. The lotion itself is ultra creamy and white. The lavender scent is really nice and relaxing and you can pick up a subtle but distinct aroma of chamomile blended in which is really nice. When you rub the lotion on to your skin, it soaks in well and there is no oily or greasy residue. Your skin feels soft and smooth.

I apply a generous amount of Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy SLEEP Body Lotion about the size of a nickel to my neck, face and shoulders about an hour before I want to go to bed and I have noticed that within 30 minutes of applying this body lotion, I become very relaxed and soothed. I have a much better night of rest if I use this lotion.
