Making Your Messages Personable
A great problem that many people have is not writing personable messages. Believe it or not, grammar is really not that important when it comes to e-mail marketing. You can use any word you want, as long as people can connect to it. In fact, you may want to keep your words short and simple, as well as making sure you messages get straight to the point.

You want to come off as a friend, not as someone who is greedy and trying to sell tons of products to their customers. By coming off as a friend who is trying to help, they will be more than willing to buy products from you.
