Fantasy Baseball 2009: Top 5 Milwaukee Brewers Keepers

Jack Rella
Some players are just keepers. Milwaukee has them just like any other team. Perhaps you've found yourself with more Milwaukee players than expected and need to know who to drop, and who to not. This is your guide.

#1 Ryan Braun - Milwaukee Brewer Keepers -Fantasy Baseball 2009

Ryan Braun posted 37 home runs and 106 RBIs last season in 151 games played. He's a machine and a player that you'll want to hold on to.

#2 Prince Fielder - Milwaukee Brewer Keepers -Fantasy Baseball 2009

If he wants, we know Prince can lead the league in homers. He only nailed 34 homers last season but he'll make sure he gets the same if not more this year. A .276 average doesn't hurt either.

#3 Corey Hart -Milwaukee Brewer Keepers -Fantasy Baseball 2009

This right fielder got 91 RBIs and 20 home runs with a .268 average. Look for him to improve on that this season.

#4 Ben Sheets - Milwaukee Brewer Keepers -Fantasy Baseball 2009

Ben Sheets pitched 31 games and threw 158 strike outs in that time. Need I say more?

#5 J.J. Hardy-Milwaukee Brewer Keepers -Fantasy Baseball 2009

J.J. posted a .283 average with 74 RBIs and 24 HRs an excellent choice for short stop out of Milwaukee.

Unfortunately CC Sabathia took off to New York, he would be the #1 on this list without a doubt otherwise. He might not be from Milwaukee anymore but if you could pick him up - I suggest you do.

Braun is a great keeper! I think Yovani Gollardo could be great as well
