The Glytone Keratosis Pilaris 3 piece kit is a collective skin care system promising to relieve chicken skin. I was quite disappointed to find that for sixty dollars, all the kit included was a six point seven ounce body wash, an eight point four ounce body lotion, and an exfoliating puff. To use the Glytone Keratosis Pilaris Three-Piece Kit, Glytone recommends that you put a generous amount of the body wash on your skin and work up a rich lather and scrub your skin with the exfoliating puff focusing on the rough, dry and Keratosis Pilaris-infected areas. I tend to use up a lot of body wash on a regular basis, so to sort of extend the life span of your body wash, maybe just use it on affected areas only twice a day. Also, do not use the Glytone Keratosis Pilaris Three-Piece Kit right after shaving. Because of the exfoliating action, your skin will be more sensitive.
Next, while in the shower, use some cotton balls soaked in the Glytone Keratosis Pilaris Three-Piece Kit Body Lotion and rub it softly all over to gently get rid of the dry cells. The lotion is thick and the bottle lasts for a long time as I need only a small blob at a time, making it cost effective. It is imperative that you put the lotion on while still in the shower. The steam and the warm air keep the pores open and this will help in absorbing the lotion.
So far, the Glytone Keratosis Pilaris Three-Piece Kit has been producing great results. Although my arms are not exactly in the clear yet, I have noticed a significant change in the smoothness of my arms. Almost there!
