Besides its role in bodybuilding and increasing fertility and libido, the herb is also known to have a positive effect on bone marrow activity producing healthy red blood cell and the immune system. Its anti-aging properties are attributed to its ability to elevate testosterone levels and its potent anti-oxidant properties.
