Patrick Goudeau, a dynamic fitness professional ,was the 1990 US National Aerobic Champion in the team category. He has been featured many times on Prime time television. Patrick is a celebrity fitness trainer. He is an elite Nike Fitness Trainer. His workout shows are on the Discovery Channel and Fit TV. He has been featured in recent fitness magazines. There is nothing simple about Patrick Goudeau's workouts. Most of Patrick's Video's are advanced and designed to challenge. If you are just starting out work at your own pace and keep moving you will still have success.

New! Patrick Goudeau's Hard Work 2- This advanced video is 86 minutes long. You will need equipment. Two sets of 5lb, 8lb, or for lower intensity 3 to 5 lb dumbbells, and step bench risers. Patrick mixes up basic cardio drills with toning combinations. The program is broken up into lower body, upper body and core work. The lower body segment blends cardio into the toning. The upper body segment is interval styled. You do aerobic movements and then change into strictly toning exercises. The workout is fast paced and definitely challenging. The music tempo is upbeat and entertaining as you sweat it out.

New! Patrick Goudeau's Quick Step- is an intermediate low impact workout. Beginners can try this video as well as work at their own pace. It is fun and athletic. It is a pretty good combination video. Really easy to catch onto he moves especially after several times of practice. You will not stop moving into different exercise variations. Equipment need is step bench and risers. The video is filled with short "quick steps."

New! Patrick Goudeau: Play Ball- A video for all levels of fitness, but labeled intermediate. The video is 29 minutes. Get an exhilarating medicine ball aerobic/ toning training session. The medicine ball is all the equipment you need. Athletic-styled aerobic drills are diverse. Enjoy basketball shuffles and rocking horses, triple steps and cardio lunges. You will use the medicine ball in the floor work segments as well. The side of the medicine ball used can be a 4 lb, to 6lbs. If you really want to challenge yourself use an 8 lb ball.

Patrick Goudeau's Body Design- is a 4- star rated advanced video utilizing the body bar and step bench riser equipment. It is 81 minutes long. This is for those exercisers that need more challenge. The aerobic intervals are super challenging coupled with dynamic high energy. You are in for nearly a solid hour of continuous movement. This builds strength, and burns fat, the combination you need. The segments are carefully designed to work multiple muscles. Seated, lying or standing they are all extremely creative. There is nothing simple about the workout. It does end with a even tougher core- focused floorwork.
