Better to Shop Online.

One problem with living in a small city is that you do not have good shopping selections to choose from when it comes to hair. Facial, and body care. Yes, the local cosmetic shops are great but if you want to have a wide variety of choices for yourself, try Sephora.

I first stumbled upon Sephora when last year when I began my search for great products for my 4a thick curly hair. I wanted to have diversity with my tresses and I wanted to stay clear of harsh chemical processes. I had found a few products that claimed to straighten or reduce frizz for my hair but they were not available in my area. So then I typed in the product 's name in the search engine and saw the name Sephora.

When I clicked on the site I was instantly intrigued. They have different themes according to the fashion season . This really helps the girl who is shops according to the runway and wants to look as if she has just walked off the runway. They also carry an enormous selection of makeup, hair products, body products , and many more. You can search for a particular product according to your hair issue. For instance, if you have dry hair, you can click on that issue and they will recommend a selection of products.

Sephora, also has a wonderful magazine that they will give you in the store, you can receive in the mail or view online. Also, if you are an avid online shopper you can get special discounts such as free shipping if you spend a certain amount. I got a great deal during the holidays by shopping at Sephora online and getting free shipping. One of my favorite offers that Sephora has is the inside card, it is like having an grocery store discount card except there are better perks for using the membership. The membership is free, you earn points for purchases, you get awesome free samples and a special gift on your birthday.

One not so great aspect about Sephora is the in store shopping experience. I have been to several different Sephora stores when I am traveling and have noticed that it is 50/50 when it comes to the customer service. A few of the stores did not have welcoming assistants and others did. However, the ones with the great assistants took their time to answer my questions and suggestion products that are really catered to my hair type.

Overall, I would first research and make a list your products that you are interested in and then go into a Sephora store take your time browsing and have fun. It a particular Sephora store's mood does not seem friendly to you, do as I did and find another Sephora store and tell that manager how wonderful your experience at their store was as apposed to the other store. Happy Shopping.

Great article! It caught my eye because I'm a big fan of Sephora. Sorry you had a poor experience with a store- I have been to four and always found the staff wonderful.
