1) Quicktime
This app bears the brunt of allowing you to listen to music and getting songs on your music library. Who knows if something could be made out of this, possibly a movie where a diabolical madman takes over the world through some kind of audio spell.
2) Mozilla Firefox/Internet Explorer
Sorry Google Chrome, but these are the bigger dogs. Suppose they made a movie about these two web browsers competing? Anyway, they lend a valuable hand to your online searching needs and should definitely be recognized.
3) Word Processor
Whatever your taste, the top would be currently reigning Microsoft Word. However, there's always room for Wordperfect to come back from the dead for a cameo in the movie.
4) Adobe
Ah, Adobe, where would desktop publishing be without thee? No matter what, Adobe has a chance at becoming something decent outside of the computer world. Probably not a movie though, but hey.
5) Spyware
Yes, the movie where the virus-killing application has to hunt the virus all over the computer before it attack the hard drive. With some extreme imaginations this anti-virus app could make a dent in the movie industry.
6) Powerpoint
Microsoft has saved the day in terms of presentation software with Powerpoint. So why not have Powerpoint save the day in a movie?
7) Simulation Software
Whatever it may be, military simulation software or flight simulation, this stuff is downright cool. But what would be even cooler in a movie is if that software went off-kilter and rogue.
8) Computer Games App
Yes. The classic games such as solitaire, minesweeper, hearts, and even chess. This would be a fun movie based on games that could be all over the place and still enjoyable.
9) XScreensaver
Everyone enjoys screensavers and has their own screensaver that they love to display. But what if someday a screensaver suddenly began displaying images of deathly acts to come? Or it could be a comedy, it depends how one looks at it.
10) Paint
An entire movie about some kid messing around with shapes and figures and paint. Priceless and fun for the whole family.
