Man's shirt
Vest
Slacks
White lab coat
Red food coloring
Fake Halloween store razors
Black eye liner
White or silver spray-on hair coloring
Sprinkle the white lab coat with red food coloring, particularly the sleeves and the front. Food coloring stains badly, so do this on a lot of newspaper, or outdoors on the lawn, so that you don't get your furniture or rug.Dress in the shirt, vest, slacks, and put on the coat. Muss your hair up. If you like, make white or silver streaks in your hair. Put on eye liner and smear it into the hallows of your eyes. Grab your razor and go get those bleeders. If you really want to freak people out, whip out a little meat pie for a snack.

Put on eye-liner, extending past your eye down toward the bridge of your nose, and up toward the temples, to create "cat's eyes" look. Color the bottom part of your nose (not the tip) with the eyeliner, and draw a line down from the center of your nose to your upper lip. Fill in your upper lip with black liner. Line your lower lip. Fill in with pink lipstick. Draw some freckles on either sides of the line, between your nose and your upper lip. Put on your cat's ears, gloves, leg warmers and ballet slippers and go out on the prowl under the jellical moon.

Slacks
Glasses
Plastic flower pot (cheap thin one)
Fiber fill stuffing
Black scrap fabric
Long green knee sock
Artificial plant leaves
Artificial hand from Halloween store or costume shop
scissors
craft knife
hot glue gun
Rubber bands
Wear the shirt, sweater vest, and slacks. Cut a hole in the inside upper arm of one sleeve (if you're right handed, you'll want to cut the hole in your left sleeve, and vica-versa). Cut a hole into the side of the flower pot big enough for your arm with a craft knife. You should be able to fit your arm through the hole up to your elbow. Put the green sock on the arm that goes through the shirt hole. Tuck the heel part of the sock in between your thumb and four fingers so you can open and close it like a puppet's mouth. Glue some fake leaves on the plant. Put it through the hole in the flower pot. Stuff the remainder of the hanging sleeve with fiber fill so that it looks like a full arm. Slip the fake hand into the end of the sleeve and rubber band it tightly so it stays in. Fold the edge of the sleeve into a little cuff to cover the rubber bands. Attach the fake hand to the bottom of the pot- your real hand will be up through the pot in the plant puppet. Stuff black fabric in the pot around your arm to make it look like dirt. You're suddenly Seymour.
