Health- Your health should be one of the main reasons that you consider getting a flu shot. Influenza is hard on the body when you get it. That means it leaves you more vulnerable in the future to getting the flu.

Children- Children are at high risk if they get influenza. They don't have the same ability to fight off such illnesses and therefore may end becoming more sick than others because of the immaturity of their body. Caution- Caution should always be your concern when it comes to illness that can be prevented. It is a contagious illness and the flu often kills its victim. Taking unnecessary risks with your health is uncalled for. This is not the time to throw caution to the wind.
