10 Reasons Why I Think People Suck

1. People tend to form cliques and only be friends to people who resemble them. You would think that by the time you got to college cliques would be a thing of the past, but they are not. Cliques are formed and people get left out. Rather than befriending someone new or different, we tend to stick to the same types of people.

2. Whether we want to admit it or not, we are all judgmental. Some people are better at being less judgmental than others, but it's just a trait that we can't really change. We can learn to be more open towards people, but now matter how hard we try we will judge someone, whether it be accidental or on purpose. When we were little we were told "don't judge a book by its cover" and we break that rule all the time. How many good opportunities have you missed out on due to bad judgment?

3. I hate how people are capable of making even the most confident person feel like they are absolutely inadequate. Sometimes people are just mean for the fun of it. I think that many people, lets call them bullies, get off on teasing and torturing people.

4. When you have a bad day you tend to take it out on the people you care about the most, this is another thing I hate(and I will admit that I do this a lot).

5. People, even good, moral people are capable of committing violent acts, whether it is a crime of passion or the just reached their breaking point. Good or bad, were all capable of committing violent acts.

6. I hate it when people keep important secrets from me or when someone lies. I'm a very honest person and I hate when I find out that people are being dishonest, especially my family and friends. I wish that more people could be honest; lying is one of the things that I hate the most.

7. There are some people that I despise. I love children and I think that anyone that hurts, abuses or crosses the line with a child is a horrible, disgusting person. In fact I think people who abuse others, whether it be physical or mental abuse, should get a taste of what they're so used to dishing out.

8. I hate how people are capable of acting so stupid sometimes. Even the smartest people make mistakes that put others in danger. For example, drinking and driving, this is one of the most stupid things you can do. If people thought before making hasty and stupid decisions there would be a lot less suffering in this world.

9. When it comes to friends, one thing I really hate is when you become really good friends with someone and then they move on and find new friends. I hate it when I'm the only one trying to salvage my friendship with someone, even though it seems like they just stopped caring about me.

10. I hate how rude some people can be, especially when someone acts like they are a far superior person than others around them. I wish people like this would come down to earth. Get off your high horse or your high pedestal and join the rest of the world. Acting like your better than others isn't going to get you any respect.
