Fingerblades. At first glance you might think this is anti-sexy but the "can't touch this" element of danger builds sexual tension. Sure you drive the speed limit, but know the power you've got under the hood! It's all about the beast under control. Remember Edward Scissorhands? He has to be sooo careful to be gentle. That kind of self-restraint is romantic and way sexy.
The first syllable in Wolverine is Wolf.
Adamantium is a sexy word. (I think it's metal made of the musician Adam Ant but it sounds cool.)
Adamantium claws are cool. Not only an excellent icebreaker at parties, you need never look for a can-opener again. It's like dating a swiss army knife.

Bad tempered means great make-up sex. (That's the real reason they* go for the sensitive broody guys. More pouty fights makes for more make-up sessions.)
Won't hog the hair gel. (Of course that's true of Patrick Stewart's character as well.)
Animal senses. Can sniff out the bad guys and, I dunno, find lost car keys?
