Summer can be over bearing at times when it comes to heat. Most people turn on their air conditioners on or use a lot of water and that means that energy and water bills will go up. With prices rising it is important to save money as well as energy and water. If you are looking for some creative ways to cool down this summer without wasting energy and water then here are 10 ways you can.

# 10 Make Your own Hand Paper Fan

This project is simple, fun, cheap, and does not involve using electricity. Both adults and kids can do this. There are many different ways to make a hand paper fan, and you can get as creative with it as you want.

A great way to keep cool during hot summer days can be by simply staying in the shade and out of the soon. Try to find a nice tree, or anywhere that offers shade.

Ice cream is a great way for anyone young or old to cool down during summer days. Ice cream is also usually very inexpensive and will cool your taste buds.

This is a great creative way to save electricity and water this summer. Get some small towels and run them over some water, then put them in the freezer.
