Drive traffic to your articles every which-way you can think of. You can't get views if people don't click on the articles and if they just sit lifelessly in some search engine. For some ideas for titles, read the titles of the most popular articles on Associated Content. Why are they so compelling that you have to click on them? What are the characteristics of titles that you must click on or die of curiosity? Why are the boring ones boring?

Inside your article, when an article is pertinent to the topic at hand, link to your own articles to get more page views.

When you have an article published, it is indexed by Google promptly and you do not have to take the time analyzing a website for search engine optimization.

Pop articles are articles about current news and get many page views very fast and then the page views are not as stable. Evergreen articles are articles about timeless information. When you have a mix of both, you will steadily work at increasing your page views.

Evaluate the topics you have already written about. Which ones are consistently bringing in page views and which ones are being ignored? Can you spin off on the same popular topic you just wrote about, with another information which is just as a popular?

Comment on other people's articles and make friends on Associated Content who are interested in reading your series of articles.

Use social networking to widely promote your published article links. OnlyWire is a program which can promote your links to over 42 social networks, automatically promoting your article with one click of a button. MyHQ has kept my bookmarks on it for years, even though I never went back to login, and I still run into them online at times.

Make a Wordpress blog and put an Associated Content RSS widget so that not only will the blog be indexed in search engines but people will find the articles you write because they stumbled across the website.

If you were searching at Google, what would you search for and how would you phrase it? Are there many results? If so, would someone else be interested in the same topic if you wrote an article about it?

For performance beta program, 10,000 page views per month merits a bonus. Each month the count starts over at zero. You have received many ideas in this article for how to increase your page views. Can you make the goal? On your mark, get set, go!

Higher offers are related to clout level. The more important you prove yourself to be to Associated Content, the more they are likely to pay you. Give them good quality information written succinctly without opinion, with sources at the bottom with the URLS linked. Pasting long URLS into your sources list will get your article declined because the URLs will break during the formatting process.

Always use all five of your tags. Use keyword phrases when possible. Search engines place more emphasis on keyphrases than on single words such as "web." Example: "web promotion" as a keyword phrase for an effective tag.

Add your articles to search engines by hand for the best results.

Keep records of your promotion efforts in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or Excel Spreadsheets.

Learn from the top content producers, such as R. Ann Siper.

Learn from those who have the most page views on Associated Content. William Tappscott wrote an article called, "Who Has the Most Total Page Views on Associated Content?"

Link to several of your articles as an example for something you are talking about. You are helping Associated Content out with more traffic, and in turn, you are helping yourself out.

Your articles should be of a quality that you would want to link to them if you were another person writing an article and providing some links. Be concise, crisp, and clear.
