I have been disconnected from the Internet world for quite a few years now (due to personal hardships interfering with my ability to afford monthly Internet fees). With the unemployment rate in America at an all time high, I have found myself to be a victim of this unfortunate virus spreading across the states_ called "Lay offs".
I struck a deal with my sister to let her claim my two children (age 11-mo. and 7yr) so that I could receive some money in order to get back online_ with the main goal of leveraging income via the Internet. All I can say is that I feel like I have been lost in some cave. There are so many more new inventions for making money online than when I used to use it to make spare change. Looking back now, I wish that I had of kept up with my websites because I'd probably be a millionaire by now. When I used to run a website, no one was advertising "Adsense" , blogging-for-profit, or any of the other 101 ways that you can now make money online.
I started my website when it was still easy to get leads - when auto-responders had a powerful psychological effect because we actually thought real humans were sending us an email. I had a few domains and just let them go because I had other events to attend to. Big mistake. Anyway, here I am, back online and I am finding it extremely difficult to focus on just one income stream because there are so many.
I think I started my hunt looking for something like "legit work-at-home", and the explosion began from there. There worst part is that I have unknowingly spent money on information which I could have learned free (on more than one occasion). My first encounter was a disappointment -->> ProjectPayDay. I paid $34 to learn about IFW sites; and there are several more valuable - short-and-sweet sites which teach me about IFW free of charge. Now, I am going to give you a list of the order in which I started stumbling across 101 ways to make money online...
ProjectPayDay --> Surveys --> Elance --> $7 script --> Autopilot traffic --> Automatic Traffic Machine --> GoogleCash --> Niche Site --> Article Magic --> "Special One" report(s) --> Adwords --> Adsense --> Affiliate Magic --> PLR Cash --> Blog-for-cash --> Viral Cash --> Cash Gifting --> A zillion other sites in between here, and then I paid $49 to learn about --> Associated Content
Yes, I got duped again. I paid $49 to learn about Associated Content. Granted, the site did provide a whole ship load of other ideas for making money online, but MOST of them are from the above list_ they involved marketing and selling a product. Additionally, there is not one piece of information on that $49 site which I could not have found on the Internet for free. I could not have a clear conscious if I charge people $49 for just some information which is available free. Maybe I would charge $5 or ask for a donation, but unless I actually created the system, then I just can't fathom charging $49 to starving freelancers like myself. :-)
I would give you the name of that site that charged me $49, but I can't remember now, and I don't feel like checking my credit card statement. I only logged onto their site, that one day (the day I purchased access), and haven't been back there since. Once I found something close to what I was looking for (AssociatedContent), I had no need to go back there.
In the 101 (minimum number) of money-making systems I have learned about since getting back online, these are the ones which I find to be the best and most profitable:
1. That seven viral system. I don't have one set up yet, but once I do, then I will be more specific (for those that do not know about it).
2. Site which gives you free software, which lets you create profitable websites on the fly.
3. Site which gives you free website creating software (with a catch) - awesome way to make money selling it.
There you have it. Three extremely profitable ways to make money online (to go along with the other 100+).
I hope you don't find yourself suffering from information paralysis like I am. Don't worry, I see my self soon recovering.
