What woman doesn't want a professional pedicure? What woman doesn't want a pro pedi in the comfort of their home? Okay, I'll go one further. What woman doesn't want a pro pedi at home in 12 minutes?!!

This is a luxury most women and some men desire to have on a regular bases, but lets face it, we just don't have time!
Now you do. I am going to show you how you can achieve just that in 12 minutes. Let's get started!

Supplies needed:

Foot spa or a basin you can put hot water in.
Large towel
Paper towel
Cotton balls
Tea tree oil
Your favorite nail polish
Set of tools that includes nail clippers, and something to push back your cuticles.
Pumas stone

Directions:

Soak your feet in the basin of water or your foot spa for 3 minutes.(unless you wish to luxuriate longer

Dry your feet in the fluffy towel and run a pumas stone over the rough areas. Remove any old polish. 2minute.

Apply tea tree oil to nails, and entire foot with a cotton ball. A little goes a long way. This process can bring dull or damaged nails back to an opaque color. If you have developed any problems on the nails this can fix most of those things. Let the tea tree oil get under the nail to remove any chance of developing fungus.(tee tree oil has anti fungal properties.)1 minutes.
Trim your nails
and push back cuticles. Be sure to cut straight across to prevent ingrown nails.1 minutes.
Clean
under corners of nails with a tool. 30 seconds.

Apply nail polish if you wish to each nail, using only 3 strokes. 1. down the middle, 2. and 3. one stripe on each side of that, being generous with the polish on the brush.3 minutes.
Clean
around the nails for any over painting. 30 seconds.

Let your nails dry 1 minute(for fast dry polish)

Viola! You are finished and it only took you 12 minutes.

Most of the reason we think we don't have time to do things is because we don't have the breakdown in our minds. We begin thinking of it as this big huge job, and we get overwhelmed.

I hope this breakdown helps you relax and decide to treat yourself to a pedi once in a while. You deserve it!

My toes are permanently curled - I have the worst feet in the world! Years of heels have left their woes - a pedicure won't help these toes! cheers :)
