12 year old arrested for playing with Christmas present

Forget Santa, watch out for Mom!

He knows when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake. But mom knows how to call the police on you...for goodness sake.

In South Carolina, a 12 year old boy was arrested for petty larceny after he took a Game Boy from its hiding place and played with it.

Diagnosed with ADHD, the mother claims that he's been going through life doing things and getting away with it. This includes problems at school and facing expulsion. She is quoted by the Associated Press, "It's not even about the Christmas present," she said. "I only want positive things out of it. ... There's no need for him to act this way. I'd rather call myself than someone else call for him doing something worse than this."

The child has ADHD- he lives in the moment and doe not consider consequence the same way non ADHD people do. His real problem is his horrible mother not understanding his condition and not helping him with it. You are an aweful human being and you should be arrested for endangering a minor with your crappy parenting.

If taking a Christmas present from a hiding place is larceny, there are millions of kids who should spend Christmas in jail! I say jail the mom for having bad mothering skills. If that kid really had ADHD, he needs a psychologist, not the cops!
