1-2-3-Four Months to Thanksgiving: It's Time for a Foil Review

One of Three Products I like that Only Retail at Aldi

I never thought I'd see the day; a foil better than Reynolds Wrap. But that day has come and the foil is appropriately named; Boulder. I like this foil. It is a staple I picked up one day rushing home from my errands. It was at my kitchen sink that I discovered it. I said with sheer amazement, "I can't believe it, an aluminum foil better than Reynolds Wrap." What makes this foil better is it lasts longer than other foils. Where other foils break, this foils "stretches" (if I didn't know better I would swear it has a little bit of elastic in it). Where other foils get brittle, this foil remains soft. Maybe that's key-this foil is actually softer to handle, and not as hard on the hands, you know. And, if shine has anything to do with it, yes, Boulder has shine to boot. A little more reflective luster. So where other foils discolor, this foil holds its color longer. Sure, its shine has little to do with anything, but when I'm day dreaming while doing the dishes at my kitchen sink, thinking where I want my life to go, it means all the world to me. How about you? As far as price, it's less expensive than most brands. It comes on a 75 foot roll, 12 inches wide, that is 25 yards x 12 inches. It comes in a cutter box with "Press 'N Lock Tabs" to hold the roll in place. It's a traditional aluminum foil box. The difference is, however, is the product inside the box. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest. I would give this aluminum foil a 10.5. To sum it all up this foil lasts longer, has flexible strength and has a higher (re)-usability quotient than other foils (great for campers). It's especially good on the open and close. Sometimes that's all we really need-a little more something to get us over the hump.
