16-Year-Old Twin Sisters Sing of White Supremacy and Racism

Alicia White
These blonde-haired blue-eyed twin sisters idolize the Olsen twins and look like any other up and coming teen singing sensation, but considering that their songs praise white supremacy, Hitler, and hatred, their names won't be heard on any top 40 countdown anytime soon.

16-year-old twin sisters Lamb and Lynx Gaede, who were homeschooled and influenced by their mother, April Gaede, publically sang their hate folk for the first time at the tender age of 9. After learning how to play the guitar and violin in 2003, they formed the hate music group Prussian Blue. Word started to spread about this duo after they released their first album in 2004, and again with their second release in 2006. Twice, the Gaede sisters were interviewed on ABC's Primetime. The mainstream public was stunned at what they saw and heard.

However, with lyrics like, "Ready to kill with a fist of steel, ready to fight to cure our nation's ills, white resistance has risen, freed from the bond of this emotional prison..." it's no surprise that they were ostracized in their hometown of Bakersfield, California. The family, under pressure to take their cause elsewhere, moved to Kalispell, Montana in 2006, however, the mother blamed the move on the racial diversity of Bakersfield. The Gaedes were met with the same opposition in Montana once word got out about their mission, thanks to the more recent Primetime broadcast in 2006.

While there is nothing inherently wrong about being proud of one's heritage and culture, Prussian Blue's supremacist lyrics cross the line of innocent pride and spread the word of hatred, blame and intolerance. The girls might argue that they are simply voicing an opinion, however unpopular, but their lyrics fuel the fire of racists who harbor extreme hatred and perform physical violence against people of different races.

Proud of her German ancestry and raised by a white supremacist father, the twins' mother April Gaede instilled the same separatist and racist views to her children right from birth. While everyone in this family could be accused of just not knowing any better, I think there comes a time in everyone's adult life when you have to decide whether or not to be an asset to society as a whole. Those who choose to embrace a life of extreme bigotry do nothing but set us back as a nation and give Americans a bad reputation.

Blatant racism and bigotry aside, attention should be called to the fact that these girls were molded to hate anyone unlike them at a very early age. Despite our nation's premise of free speech, many would argue that teaching a child to hate is in fact a form of child abuse.

In a perfect world, everyone would be copasetic with each other, but unfortunately, our world will always be filled with intolerance and racism to some degree. Despite this, the anti-social choice to hate should be a personal choice left up to the individual, and not unfairly embedded in the minds of toddlers.

Besides, any parent who encourages their children to play video games such as Ethnic Cleansing, where white people go through a ghetto killing African Americans and Mexicans, should be locked up and taught racial tolerance by the way of as part of their debt to society.

On the twins' website, they insist that their songs don't preach about hatred, nor do they promote violence against other races - they simply want to preserve their own heritage by becoming separatists and encouraging a white nation. Many would disagree with their flippancy.

A video clip of the twin's Primetime interview can be seen at http://www.thatvideosite.com/video/1514. I felt uneasy while watching the twins trying to explain their coded songs, because they looked embarrassed, as if they knew it was wrong on some level. They seemed brainwashed, but because of the embarrassment I sensed, I think there is hope for them in the future. Hopefully one day they will cut their racist umbilical cords and realize how closed-minded they have been and begin to feel empathy towards those they once hated.

what's so " twisted" about proclaiming ones' love for ones' white heritage in a world filled with racial and religious hostility? the twins also claim they use medicinal marijuana for migraines and growin' up pains. how convenient. only in america.

In response to RUJoking the difference between games like grand theft auto and ethnic cleansing is that GTA doesnt intentionally promote violence, let alone violence towards specific races. Kids should be smart enough to know that carjacking some on and then fighting the US army is wrong. Games like ethnic cleansing promote hate and do specify targets. These girls arent just voicing their opinions, they're taking it to a whole new levels by promoting hate and talking about "cleansing" our nation of it's "illness".

How is a game like "Ethnic Cleansing" any worse than games like "Grand Theft: Auto" or any of a host of other games that reward criminal behavior?

How is violent music by blacks (some of whom have actually shot and killed people and brag they have "street cred" because of it) frowned upon but otherwise accepted, while marginally violent music by a pair of white girls with no known criminal activity is unacceptable?

If the girls were 18, men and/or felons would it then be acceptable for them to advocate murder, drug use, rape, prostitution, copkilling, etc? Of course not, because they'd still be white, and it only acceptable for whites to be the victims of racial violence and other crimes. Whites standing up for their families, their rights, or their race simply cannot be allowed to occur. A white murders a black and protests and riots may be the result... a black murders a white and the whites shuffle around with their candles and try to be "tolerant". Aren't whites worth anyth

When comparing Lamb and Lynx to the Olsen twins, you have to remember, like them, there was a countdown to when they turned "legal". I am patiently waiting.

everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I'm shocked to learn of how the parents of these girls indoctrinated them with this twisted view of their own racial supremacy. I hope that they come to their senses.

Yes -it's child abuse. No other way to put it. The joys of homeschooling, eh? The speech should be allowed, the indoctrination of children should not.
