Feeling down? Yucky? Fat? Are you sick and tired of feeling gross after you eat every meal? Stop eating junk and fatty foods! Start eating healthier foods, such as fruits and vegetables and you will start feeling much better in just a few days time!

Healthy eating is all the rage today. Jump on the bandwagon and start living a healthier lifestyle by adding healthy foods to your diet each day! It's really not hard to do with the suggestions below. Before you know it you'll be craving a cinnamon flavored apple instead of potato chips!

Eat apples sprinkled with cinnamon instead of chips.

Celery and Carrots make a great morning snack.

Cook a vegetable with every dinner meal.

Want something cold? Eat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream.

Eat granola bars in the afternoon for a boost of energy and a quick snack.
