19 Inch Venturer LCD TV Review

A Great Little LCD TV that is Good for Your Bedroom or Kitchen

Jimmy Smith
The Venturer 19" LCD TV is a great little television that has a nice clean, clear and crisp picture. High definition television is displayed very nicely on this unit, and it is very small and light and easy to move around. Watching DVDs on here is easy, as it has the usual red, yellow and white input plugs that you can just plug your DVD player into. The remote is lightweight and easy to use. Most people use their cable or satellite remote these days though anyway.

We have two Venturers in our house, both 19". One is in the kitchen, and one is in the bedroom. These televisions are not on the pricey side, at only $149.99, we picked ours up from Shoprite. The TV has a VGA out on it so you can hook it up to your computer if you want and use it as a monitor. This is just one of the many great features of the Venturer 19" LCD TV. Another great feature is that this TV does not take up that much room at all it's very thin and can be easily placed in tight spots or even hung up on the wall like a picture. That is just one of the great things when it comes to these new LCD TVs versus the old CRT ones.

Playing video games on here is great as well and come in very clear, hooking up an Xbox, or Play station 3 to it is no problem. The resolution on these is 1440x990, which means that the picture is extremely clear and clearer then most other T.Vs out there on the market. It's been a great T.V for us and we are really happy with it. It has been there through many dinners or late night in bed watching movies eating popcorn and enjoying our brand new Venturer 19" LCD TV. We actually bought it last October. OK, so it's not brand new in a sense, as it is almost five months old, but it's a new addition to the family and it's been a nice one.

In conclusion, I'm very happy with our purchase of the Venturer 19" LCD TV. It's been a great little unit in the short time we've had it and it has given us no problems. It was well worth the money to buy this little TV, I wouldn't recommend it for the living room, but for the bedroom, kitchen or even the bathroom it's a nice little TV that you will find a pleasant surprise at only $149.99.
