And these games don't require knowledge of trivia, so they are great games for everyone, regardless of their level of expertise. 1. The first Old-fashioned, Classic Game for your family is Yahtzee. In this game you roll dice and try to fill in your score card to total the highest possible number combinations. A perfect roll of Yahtzee is 5 of the same number. This game has been around for ages and is still lots of fun. It comes with 5 dice and a pad of score cards. You can buy the basic model or several fancier versions. But, no matter which version you pick you'll have fun.

2. Uno is the second Classic Game for your family. In this game each person is dealt a set number of cards. All the cards are colored and numbered. The player places a card on the discard pile by matching the color or number sequence on the discard piles face-up card. The object of the game is to discard all your cards first. When you're down to your 1 last card you must say "Uno". There are many versions of this game from the simple Uno card deck to the fancy automatically dealt game. No matter which game you pick, your family will enjoy.
