2 Easy Ways to Catapult Your Competition in the Business World

How to Win in This Competitive Business World

Extinguishing your competitor is by far the easiest and the best way to increase your opportunities for total business success. Of course, I do not literally mean that you kick them out the door, like an evil villain. What I mean by "extinguish" is that you remove them from the picture of your prospective client's choice, when it comes to your particular service or product. You want your potential customers to EXCLUSIVELY think of you and your product or service when they want to purchase what it is that you are selling.

So, what I am trying to say is that, suppose you sell Trinket101 and others may sell a product that promises the same benefits as Trinket101. What you want is for your potential customer to only thing of Trinket101 when they are contemplating making a purchase to fulfill that particular want or need. The beautiful part of this is that it is not very difficult to do if your business or niche is not particularly competitive. You can catapult your competition easy, and they won't even know it.

So, what if your industry is one that is very competitive, how do you beat the competition? What measures can you take to make sure that prospects immediately think of you when they want to buy something that you offer? It is very simple, you must have a good understanding of who your competitors are, and then you have to do one of two things:
1- You can find a placement within your niche that you can take ownership of. This will distinguish you from every other business and it will position you to stand out in the view of your potential customers. This is because no one else is known to do exactly what it is that you do/specialize in.
2- You can make your competitors into partners. On the Internet, these type of arrangements are known as Joint-Ventures_ JV for short. The secret to making this method work is that you do not pick a partner who specializes in the same service or product that you have. Instead, you pick someone who is in the same industry and thus has the same potential clientel as you. In this way, their customers can be yours. And your customers are theirs. You are in essence "referrers" to each other.

What makes these two strategies so great is that there is not one single business that cannot effectually use any one of these two methods to dynamically cut down their competition. Now, all you have to do is determine which method works best for your business and your product or service. Then, you put it on the top of your list to catapult your competition within the next fiscal year.
