2 Peanut Butter Recipes - Peanut Butter Popcorn and Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients you need to make peanut butter popcorn:
6 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
20 large marshmallows
Step 1: Put the popped popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Combine the margarine, brown sugar, and marshmallows in a separate microwave safe bowl.
Step 3: Heat the mixture for 30 minute intervals in the microwave, stirring between each time, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Step 4: Stir in the peanut butter until well blended.
Step 5: Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and stir quickly to coat the corn before it cools.
Step 6: Form popcorn balls or just turn the popcorn out onto wax paper to let it cool.
Step 7: Store the peanut butter popcorn in any air tight container or zip lock bags.
Tips: You can add 1 cup of peanuts to the popcorn if you like.
How to Make Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie: If you like peanut butter, you will love this easy recipe to make no bake peanut butter pie. This recipe is so easy to make. It only calls for five ingredients (six ingredients if you want the chocolate syrup drizzle on top) plus a pie crust. And you can buy ready-made graham cracker pie shells so that makes this recipe even more easy! You can add a variety of toppings to this pie like chopped up Reese's peanut butter cups or M&M candies or whatever you can dream up. The photo you see has a drizzle of chocolate syrup on it. Any way you top it, this easy no bake peanut butter pie will be a big hit! This recipe will make two
peanut butter pies. Trust me, you will want to make two pies!
Ingredients to make easy no bake peanut butter pie:
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1+1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 cup milk
1 16 ounce package frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate syrup (optional)
2 (9 inch) ready-made graham cracker crusts (or you can make your own)
Step 1: Beat together the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar. Start by mixing it by hand then you can use a hand mixer to get the lumps out.
Step 2: Mix in peanut butter and milk.
Step 3: Beat until smooth with a hand mixer.
Step 4: Fold in the whipped topping. Do not beat.
Step 5: Spoon the filling into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells.
Step 6: Drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top of each pie if desired.
Step 7: Cover the pies and freeze until firm. In case you didn't realize it, the plastic that you remove from the graham cracker pie shell is actually a cover. Just flip it over, put it on the pie, then crimp the foil over the edges over the cover.
