Teens who have grown beyond the simple seasonal events of pumpkin carving and hay rides, but are still too young to join parents for more adult Halloween parties and outings, can still enjoy the Halloween festivities.
Put away their jaded teen masks, and show them that can still celebrate Halloween, in a more adult, not "baby" way, and have some parent-sanctioned, safe, fun.
Here are the top event picks for Massachusetts teens this Halloween season. A number of these events are ongoing through the month of October, which gives you and your busy teens more than one opportunity to get scared this Halloween.
Note: some of these events may also be appropriate for pre-teens, depending on the pre-teen, if you have both pre-teens and teens in the family.
