Bethel - Christmas in Bethel, located at Main Street Bethel, running from Nov. 23rd - Dec. 24th. This holiday event will allow residents and visitors from all around to feel the atmosphere of a small town during the Christmas season with open houses, wagon rides, a live nativity scene, Christmas caroling through out the town, and the official tree lighting on Dec.2nd. While witnessing this amazing town, attendees will also be able to sample menu items from surrounding restaurants. Portland - Light up your Holidays, located at the Old Port & Arts District will be showing off their festival of lights displays from Nov.23rd - Dec.23rd. This month long holiday celebration will include holiday light displays through out the district, free wagon rides, free gift wrapping, homemade wreath sales as well as beautiful Christmas trees that are for sale as well. Kennebunkport - Kennebunkport's 26th Annual Christmas Prelude Celebration is a holiday event located in the small town of Kennebunkport that is filled with numerous different holiday events from Nov.30th - Dec.9th.. Some holiday events include craft fairs, holiday entertainment, holiday shopping, and a do not want to miss Santa Claus in a lobster boat. Camden - Christmas By The Sea is a holiday event located in the seaside villages of Camden, Rockport and Lincolnville. These villages have been watching the holiday lights shine from Mount Battie for many years now. On Dec.30th, a 27 foot landmark will light up the sky for visitors and residents to know Christmas is near. Other holiday events will be happening daily around town. Boothbay Harbor - Festival of Trees is located at Townsend Avenue at the Opera House, which will begin Nov.30th - Dec.2nd., from 10 am.-4 pm.. Gloucester - Shaker Christmas Fair located on Route 26 is a traditional holiday fair that offers baked goods that you can enjoy in their Book Room, Herb Room, and the White Elephant Room on Dec 1st from 10 am - 3 pm..
