Petco Park in San Diego opened its doors back in 2004. The $450 million stadium was created to house the San Diego Padres baseball team's games. In the past they had used the Chargers's Qualcomm Stadium. Petco Park will be featuring the Independence Day fireworks on Tuesday, July 3rd following the San Diego Padres vs. the Florida Marlins game. This starts at 7:05 p.m. If you want to catch fireworks somewhere else, then this outing is perfect. Watch the Petco Park fireworks display on July 3rd and then make plans elsewhere on July 4th.

According to the Bayside Park in Chula Vista, they are pulling out all the stops this Independence Day. The festivities will feature four different events for people to choose from. At 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. they will have the Miss South County Ambassador and Scholarship Program. This will feature gorgeous and brilliant ladies in different outfits. The second event is called Taste of the Bay which is from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. where the Bayside Park will feature over 10 restaurants that will have appetizing and tasty food items for attendees to select from. They will also have live entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Next up is the Business Expo which will run from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will give attendees a chance to become versed in a new trade. They will also have giveaways that are free. Finally the Bayside Park hasn't forgotten about the kids. They call it the Kid's Activities and it runs from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This event will feature watermelon and ice cream eating contests along with rock climbing, face painting and lots more! The fireworks display will start at 9:00 p.m.

Come and celebrate this Fourth of July at Bradley Park in San Marcos. The fun begins at 6:00 p.m. with free music by the Fabulous Woodies. They'll also have food. So bring the family down along with some blankets and enjoy music, food, and then the fireworks display which begin approximately at 9:00 p.m.

The Valley Center High School will be hosting a fun filled evening for everyone this Independence Day. A donation of $1.00 will buy your kids, rides and games such as an obstacle course, rock climbing, an egg toss and more. Attendees can also enjoy live music along with food such as burgers and nachos. The fireworks display starts at 9:00 p.m.
