2007 Summer Movie Guide Part 7

This film is a sequel to the successful 2003 comedy entitled, "Daddy Day Care". "Charlie Hinton" and "Phil Ryerson" are two fathers who run a daycare business at home. They decide to get more in touch with nature and bring their business to a camp they use to attend when they were young. The fathers quickly learn that they are in over their heads and "Charlie" calls his father in to help. "Daddy Day Camp" stars Cuba Gooding Jr., Paul Rae, Josh McLerran, Lochlyn Munro, Richard Grant, Spencir Bridges, Talon G. Ackerman and Tamala Jones. "Daddy Day Camp" is directed by Fred Savage. It is executive produced by Matt Berenson, Chris Emerson, Richard Hull, Nancy Kirhoffer and Jefferson Richard. "Daddy Day Camp" is to be released in theaters on August 8th.

Superbad

Two socially challenged best friends are on the brink of graduating from high school. They have depended on each other for everything during their awkward years. "Evan" and "Seth" now must come to terms with being apart from each other for the first time. They will have to attend different colleges this fall. In order to prepare for this, they decide to buy alcohol for a party to attract the girls. "Superbad" stars Chelsey Dailey, Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Bill Hader, Seth Rogen, Emma Stone and Martha MacIssac. It is directed by Greg Mottola ("Arrested Development" and "Undeclared"). "Superbad" is produced by Judd Apatow ("Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Rick Bobby" and "The 40 Year Old Virgin") and Shauna Robertson ("Knocked Up"). It is executive produced by Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen. "Superbad" is to be released in theaters on August 17th.

The Invasion

Whatever you do, do not go to sleep. Aliens are involved with a space shuttle crash and soon after a psychiatrist by the name of "Carol Bennell" and her colleague discover a bizarre infection that is sweeping the city. It infects people while they are asleep which causes a person to be completely unemotional. "Carol" races against time to find her son who might possess the knowledge to end this nightmare. "The Invasion" stars Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig, Jeremy Northam, Jackson Bond, Jeffrey Wright, Veronica Cartwright and Malin Akerman. "The Invasion" is directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and James McTeigue "V for Vendetta". It is executive produced by Bruce Berman ("Ocean's Thirteen"), Doug Davison ("The Departed"), Susan Downey, Roy Lee ("The Grudge 2"), Steve Richards ("House of Wax") and Ronald G. Smith ("Must Love Dogs"). "The Invasion" is to be released in theaters on August 17th.
