2008 Easter Events in San Diego, California #1: Hip Hop Bunny Drop
Radio Station Z90.3 is hosting the Hip Hop Bunny Drop on March 22nd from 10 AM to 12 PM. Children 13 and under are invited to search for eggs in the hunt. There will be at least 10,000 eggs! Besides the egg hunt, there will be bounce houses, climbing wall, arts and crafts, games, prizes as well as a visit from the Easter Bunny. This event is being held at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Field located at 6845 University Avenue San Diego, CA 92115.
2008 Easter Events in San Diego, California #2: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny
Just think of the joy that will pop up on your child's face when they learn that they will be able to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Westfield Parkway is hosting this event on March 15th, from 10 AM to 11 AM. This event will be in the Sears Court. There will be refreshments, treats, games, prizes and more. Photo opportunities will also be available. There will be a small fee for photos, refreshments, etc. Westfield Park way is located at 415 Parkway Plaza El Cajon CA 92020. 2008 Easter Events in San Diego, California #3: 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The Easter Seals of Southern California are hosting the 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. This event is for disabled children and their families. The Easter Seals are hiding more than 4,000 eggs to be hunted! Lunch and entertainment will be provided after the hunt is over. This event requires an invitation due to being very popular and it fills up quickly. This event is free and starts at 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on March 22nd. For more information and to make reservations, call (858) 357-3002. The 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the Hilton San Diego Resort located at 1775 East Mission Bay Drive in San Diego.
2008 Easter Events in San Diego, California #4: 13th Annual Easter Bonnet Parade and Hat Contest
The 13th Annual Easter Bonnet Parade & Hat Contest will be on March 22nd. It starts at 11 AM and ends at 3 PM. There will be events for adults and children such as a Hatmaking workshop, hat contest, an Easter egg hunt for kids 2-12 and more. The Hatmaking workshop does require a small fee. Admission is $6 dollars for kids and $12 for adults. For additional information, call (619) 233-5008. This event is being held in the Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego.
