Brandon Rush has shown constant improvement in all aspects of his game since he started to play for the University of Kansas. Brandon has been getting stronger and has become increasingly tone over the last season. He is known for his excellent defense abilities and perimeter shooting skills. It is obvious why this six foot seven inch tall man is being looked at by many NBA teams.
There are some areas of Brandon Rush's game that can use some improving. Brandon's ball-handling skills are a work in progress, but have become much better over the last three years. Brandon sometimes lack aggression on offense and is extremely slow off-the-dribble. Brandon Rush's flaws will be the main focus of many of the teams that are interested in drafting him.
It is somewhat early to be making predictions about the 2008 NBA draft, yet many news and sports related sites have released their mock drafts for 2008. Almost all sites have placed Brandon Rush toward the end of the first round of the draft. Collegehoopsnet.com has predicted that Brandon will be No. 25 and will be drafted by the Houston Rockets. While, NBC Sports has predicted that Brandon will be picked slightly earlier in the draft as No. 23 and believe that he will be going to the Seattle Super Sonics.
