Ryan Anderson is a young man from El Dorado Hills, California, who is playing his college basketball career for University of California at Berkley. Ryan Anderson will also be one of the players that will be considered as part of the 2008 NBA Draft.

Ryan Anderson has some exceptional strengths on the basketball court. He is a great three point shooter. He is also an impressive rebounder. Ryan has an extensive perimeter shooting range. Along with his other strengths are his amazing abilities when facing the basket. Lastly, Ryan is a powerful player who exhibits constant hustle on the basketball court. These are some of the many reasons that NBA coaches, managers and team owners have become interested in drafting Ryan Anderson.

He is not a perfect player and does have some weaknesses in his basketball game. Ryan lacks strength in his upper body and strength on the court. He also needs improvement in his finishing ability. His post and perimeter defense is lacking both aggression and skill. Ryan also is not great at creating his own offensive opportunities. These are all skills that Ryan Anderson can easily improve through hard work.

Numerous news and sports related websites have released their mock drafts for the 2008 NBA Draft. The majority of these mock drafts have predicted that Ryan Anderson will be picked toward the beginning of the second round of the 2008 NBA Draft. One of the sites that have listed a 2008 mock NBA Draft is NBC Sports. They have predicted that Ryan Anderson will be selected as No. 20 and will be added to the rooster of the Denver Nuggets for the 2008-2009 NBA season. Another site has also made the same prediction. Collegehoopsnet.com has also released their predictions about the 2008 NBA Draft. They believe that Ryan Anderson will be drafted as No. 20 and will be going to the Denver Nuggets as well.
