Obviously, this has to be the Georgia football team's most impressive win of the season. The defense was especially impressive. After Georgia fired three of their defensive coaches, everyone began to say that the game would be an offensive shootout. However, Mark Richt and Rodney Garner did an excellent job of preparing the defense. Also, the players played very well and held Jerrod Johnson and the Aggies' explosive offense to just 20 points. They did give up 471 yards of offense to A&M, but managed to stop all but three of the Aggies' drives.
The offense was also pretty impressive in the second half. After a slow start, the offense got rolling. This was very impressive because Mark Richt once again showed how great of a coach he is. After the first-half struggles, he went into the locker room at halftime, made some adjustments, and the offense came out and moved the ball with relative ease. Once again, Richt has proved that he is a great football coach, but he just needs the assistant coaches to help him be successful.
Nice win, Dawgs. This one will look great going into next year, with three amazing quarterback recruits and some young, talented offensive players coming in. Also, with a possible great new defensive coordinator coming in, the Georgia Bulldogs football team has the potential to be great next season.
