2009 New Year's Resolution with Results: 30-Day Diet

It Will Take a Maximum of 2 Weeks to Notice the Difference

I have a few goals that I have set for myself, but my biggest New Year's resolution for 2009 will be to keep my body in shape for spring break 2009! A lot of people have problems with keeping their resolutions, but I have found a way to keep my goal and stick with it. The first thing you have to do is take a picture of yourself for January 1st and set that as your main force of motivation.

The second thing that I do after I take my picture is cut myself off from all fast and the frozen, food that is. It is really tempting to eat those types of foods because they are fast to cook or cheap to warm up but they are not the answer! I start off by clearing out my kitchen from high calorie items and if something is deep fried forget about it because that body will not come by dipping it in grease.

Go to your local food store and get the vegetables and foods you like don't cut yourself off from the healthy. If you love fries get potatoes and bake them, and instead of loading it with bacon, cheese, and sour cream try a pinch of salt. The juices in the fridge are okay but all sodas need to leave the area! Statistics show that diet coke do add the little side of flab to your arm because your body does not recognize the splenda that is used and your body than turns it into lipids and doesn't know what to do with it. NO SODA, even diet! Snack all day on raw foods. Raw meaning, uncooked (vegetables, fruits).

The third thing that I like to do and has kept my abs in shape is my fruit shake for breakfast and raw snacking before lunch. It really keeps you filled, and you don't want to hate what you eat. If you love pineapples than get pineapples you don't have to try new things stick to what you are familiar with so that you won't feel like your dieting.

The fourth thing that is necessary for an easy Miami beach body is to feel good about yourself and do some cardio, and crunches. Jog in place for thirty to sixty minutes and than do your crunches. This is vital is you want those abs but you should be losing the fatty parts in a week because of the breakfast shakes and the raw food snacking.

By the way for dinner you need do drink a full 2 cups of water right before you eat. Your dinner should consists of three portions (1 portion=1 cup), and you should not eat after seven! It will be hard but if you are really having trouble with not eating after seven for your first week start not eating after nine, and than your second week stop eating after eight, and then you will roll into not eating after seven in no time. Back to the crunches, for the first week so 20 crunches three times with a two minute break in between.

The second week should be 30 crunches, and the third week should be forty. Do your crunches three times a day it should take you more than 20 minutes and if you just take the time you can do your crunches anywhere at anytime even if you are really busy. If you are able to do your crunches more than three times a day than all the power to you! Your goal will be reached just a little faster, and you will be in that bikini or swim trunks in no time! Going to gym will also do you well but if you do your jog (in-place), and crunches like your suppose to it will be fine.

The fifth thing I will advise you to do is get a tanning membership if you are not near a beach, or of go to the beach three times a week. If you feel good about yourself and the way you look you will more intrigued to keep up with your resolution because you will see the results fast! Keep focus I know you can do it because I did and will keep the same resolution that I started last year.
