2010 Big East Conference Tournament Brackets Released

The 2010 Big East Conference Tournament Begins on Tuesday in Big East Games

The 2010 Big East Conference Tournament brackets and schedule are now out. The 2010 Big East Conference Tournament brackets have Syracuse as the No. 1 seed, with Pittsburgh as the No. 2 seed, West Virginia as the No. 3 seed, and Villanova as the No. 4 seed. All four of those teams get byes into the Big East Conference quarterfinals, where they will wait for the other four teams to be decided by play-in games that start taking place on Tuesday, March 9th in New York. All 2010 Big East Tournament games will be played in Madison Square Garden again, helping build the excitement for these games.

The first round of the 2010 Big East Conference brackets start with USF and DePaul, followed by Connecticut-St. John's, Seton Hall-Providence, and Cincinnati-Rutgers to decide which teams will make it into the next round. That is where Georgetown (No. 8), Notre Dame (No. 7), Louisville (No. 6) and Marquette (No. 5) are waiting to take their shot at the winners from the first round of games. The winners in the second round will then face the teams that got byes into the quarterfinals of the Tournament.

Round Two (March 10th)
