2010 Central Kentucky Celtic Festival and Highland Games Are Coming Soon
The Central Kentucky Highland Games has joined forces with the Ky Celtic Festto create one large event that will appeal to all the Celtic Nations. There will be piping, drumming, athletic competitions, dancing and music workshops. This will be an event not to miss.
Specific daily activities & entertainment include:
- Scottish, Irish, and Welsh Music
- Clan tents and Games
- Irish and Scottish Merchants
- Celtic Food and Drinks
- Varying Children's Activities
- Heavy Athletics
- Archery Tournament (open to the public)
- Piping and Drum Competition
We will welcome back this year special musical guest "Mothergrove" and for first time "Kildares"
The 2010 Central Kentucky Celtic Festival and Highland Games will be on Saturday, September 18th and Sunday September 19th.
The festival will be held at the Kentucky Renaissance Fairgrounds in Eminence, Ky.
