Number Four Outfielder (16)- these players should be able to step in and hold down the fort for you over a period of time, and should make excellent DH's as well.
Franklin Gutierrez (.267 BA, 16 HR, 66 RBI, 70 Runs, 13 SB) 15/15 out of your number four OF is nice, and Franklin may provide it.
Jermaine Dye (.262 BA, 24 HR, 80 RBI, 76 Runs, 1 SB) Not a fantasy stalwart any longer, but can help off the bench or at DH.
Rajai Davis (.265 BA, 4 HR, 37 RBI, 81 Runs, 42 SB) I always like having steals to pull off the bench when needed.
Cody Ross (.267 BA, 24 HR, 80 RBI, 67 Runs, 5 SB) Gets no respect, but makes a great backup source of power and ably fills the DH slot as well.
J.D. Drew (.273 BA, 19 HR, 68 RBI, 77 Runs, 3 SB) A better real-world player than fantasy star, and always too much of an injury risk to be one of your top three. Good bench guy, though.
Mike Cameron (.246 BA, 22 HR, 68 RBI, 74 Runs, 10 SB) Some homers, some steals- what more do you want from your bench?
Carlos Gonzales (.272 BA, 16 HR, 67 RBI, 78 Runs, 21 SB) A nice supporting piece of your fantasy puzzle.
Juan Pierre (.286 BA, 1 HR, 38 RBI, 75 Runs, 38 SB) Run wild, Juan Pierre, Run free! He will in Chicago- heck, Scott Posednik even got AB's for Ozzie.
Dexter Fowler (.265 BA, 5 HR, 41 RBI, 82 Runs, 27 SB) Don't buy the Andrew McCutcheon comps, but he will help off your bench.
Garrett Jones (.273 BA, 21 HR, 74 RBI, 63 Runs, 11 SB) Could be Nelson Cruz, could be Kevin Mass- remember him? More of the former than the latter, I think.
Matt LaPorta (.272 BA, 20 HR, 74 RBI, 73 Runs, 4 SB) Might get some time at first base, maybe enough to qualify there, too. I like him as a backup at either.
Chase Headley (.273 BA, 15 HR, 68 RBI, 67 Runs, 10 SB) Probably heading to third base with Kouzmanoff gone from SD, which gives him the same boost as LaPorta.
Juan Rivera (.273 BA, 22 HR, 83 RBI, 68 Runs, 1 SB) Boring, but productive, which should keep demand down.
Milton Bradley (.283 BA, 16 HR, 62 RBI, 75 Runs, 4 SB) He's nuttier than a squirrel's cheek, but he can hit.
Xavier Nady (.281 BA, 16 HR, 67 RBI, 57 Runs, 2 SB) Injury history should chase some owners away, but always hits when he plays.
Josh Willingham (.260 BA, 20 HR, 72 RBI, 67 Runs, 4 SB) Always seems to wind up with a round 20 HR, which is fine for a number four OF.
Number Five Outfielder (16)- Now you are just looking for emergency stopgaps, but adding a top prospect here is always a good play...
Travis Snider (.277 BA, 24 HR, 74 RBI, 70 Runs, 2 SB) If this kid is around when you are looking for that fifth outfielder, take him! He will be better than Adam Lind soon, and this year will not be bad.
Nick Swisher (.244 BA, 26 HR, 77 RBI, 82 Runs, 1 SB) A number five with those power numbers? Take that any day of the week...
Jeff Francoeur (.273 BA, 16 HR, 82 RBI, 74 Runs, 5 SB) Could bounce back even more, but CITI keeps him at a number five for now.
Coco Crisp (.266 BA, 6 HR, 51 RBI, 68 Runs, 20 SB) Always overlooked, always gives you something, which makes him a perfect number five OF.
Jack Cust (.234 BA, 26 HR. 74 RBI, 77 Runs, 2 SB) You never worry about BA in a number five OF. Just let him contribute in some way, and Cust can do that.
David DeJesus (.281 BA, 11 HR, 63 RBI, 79 Runs, 7 SB) A little bit of this, a little bit of that.
Colby Rasmus (.260 BA, 18 HR, 68 RBI, 77 Runs, 7 SB) Slow progress for the kid, but progress till the same.
Delmon Young (.289 BA, 11 HR, 64 RBI, 65 Runs, 9 SB) Never will be as good as his rep, but can still help, and that's what you are looking for at this spot.
Kyle Blanks (.258 BA, 16 HR, 74 RBI, 61 Runs, 2 SB) Might have enough power to tame even PETCO.
Aaron Rowand (.268 BA, 14 HR, 64 RBI, 65 Runs, 4 SB) OK if you only have to play him for a week or so.
Ben Francisco (.264 BA, 14 HR, 53 RBI, 59 Runs, 9 SB) He would rate a lot higher with more AB's, which could happen if anyone in Philly gets hurt. That makes him one intriguing number five guy.
Conor Jackson (.279 BA, 14 HR, 67 RBI, 70 Runs, 6 SB) He can help in small doses.
Desmond Jennings (.271 BA, 5 HR, 36 RBI, 50 Runs, 23 SB) Number five OF is a good spot to take a shot on a prospect you really like. I really like Desmond Jennings.
Lastings Milledge (.274 BA, 12 HR, 57 RBI, 66 Runs, 16 SB) Settling in as a number five fantasy OF that can help.
Ryan Raburn (.273 BA, 17 HR, 64 RBI, 65 Runs, 8 SB) Not many people know him, but he's got some skill. Nice pickup as a number five.
Jason Heyward (.272 BA, 11 HR, 52 RBI, 48 Runs, 7 SB) I like him even more than Jennings...
Number Six Outfielder (16)- Anything you can get from these guys is a bonus, but do not overlook playing either the "hot prospect" game or gambling on a longshot. you never know...
Kosuke Fukudome (.264 BA, 12 HR, 56 RBI, 78 Runs, 8 SB) he plays, he does a few things, he's an OK sixth OF.
Marlon Byrd (.280 BA, 13 HR, 66 RBI, 65 Runs, 7 SB) Could give you number five OF numbers.
Geraldo Parra (.289 BA, 6 HR, 56 RBI, 63 Runs, 10 SB) Better than waiver wire guys.
Jeremy Hermida (.268 BA, 15 HR, 57 RBI, 54 Runs, 5 SB) The number six OF spot is a great place to gamble. If the guy pans out, you get great value. If he doesn't, you cut him for someone better. Hermida is a textbook sixth OF gamble.
Carlos Guillen (.275 BA, 14 HR, 63 RBI, 67 Runs, 6 SB) he'll get regular playing time and contributes some.
David Murphy (.273 BA, 15 HR, 63 RBI, 64 Runs, 7 SB) He's Carlos Guillen with a little upside.
Chris Young (.245 BA, 19 HR, 62 RBI, 67 Runs, 14 SB) Another beauty of a sixth OF gamble.
Melky Cabrera (.269 BA, 11 HR, 57 RBI, 63 Runs, 11 SB) Double/double in HR and SB makes him worth rostering.
Austin Jackson
Cameron Maybin (.263 BA, 7 HR, 44 RBI, 64 Runs, 15 SB) Playing the prospect game is a good strategy with your number six OF. Maybin is still a good prospect.
Drew Stubbs (.261 BA, 9 HR, 42 RBI, 58 Runs, 22 SB) Lots of SB's possible from your number six guy is very nice value.
Matt Joyce (.254 BA, 14 HR, 56 RBI, 53 Runs, 7 SB) Could help more than you might think if he gets AB's.
Rick Ankiel (.251 BA, 18 HR, 60 RBI, 57 Runs, 3 SB) he'll hit more HR's than most number sixes.
Michael Brantley (.279 BA, 4 HR, 46 RBI, 58 Runs, 22 SB) Another sneaky prospect play here.
Carlos Gomez (.253 BA, 5 HR, 43 RBI, 70 Runs, 26 SB) He stinks, but we'll take his stinky stolen bases as a number six.
Seth Smith (.288 BA, 14 HR, 54 RBI, 57 Runs, 4 SB) Could be more with more playing time.
