22nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival 2010
This is a free one-day event beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday March 13th, 2010. It is being held in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The event begins with a parade followed by a street festival. There will be more than fifty arts and crafts booths and food vendors. Continuous musical entertainment will be playing on two stages. Be sure to visit the children's area full of games and rides. Columbia Five Points St. Patrick's Day Parade 2010
This festival begins with a race at 8:30 a.m. on March 13th, 2010. The race consists of a 5K run and a one mile walk. Awards will be given. At 10:00 a.m. the parade will begin. There will live music from noon until 6 p.m. on four stages. Tickets are $11 if you buy in advance. Get your advanced tickets now stpats5points.com. After that tickets will be $15. The children's carnival is from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. There is a kid approved fun area that will include face painting, magic shows and tasty treats. Karaoke begins at 11 a.m. Also there will be recycling receptacles stationed throughout the festival to keep it green! Local Charities will be awarded contributions for helping. Parking will be available at several locations throughout the city. There will be buses running every 20 minutes from the parking locations to the festival. Clover's St. Patrick's Day Festival 2010
A fun run and fun walk at 9 a.m. will start the pre festival events in Clover, SC. A strong man competition will begin at 10 a.m. Main Street will shut down at 11 a.m. There will be arts and crafts, dog show, children's activities, live bands and amusement rides. An evening street dance will be performed at 6:30 p.m. in the Piggly Wiggly Parking lot. The date has not been set yet. You can visit the calendar of events for updates at www.cloversc.info.
Charleston St. Patrick's Day Parade 2010
The events will begin at 8 a.m. with a Catholic Mass at St. Patrick's Church on Radcliffe St. The big St. Patrick's Day parade kicks off at 10 a.m. Following this parade will be The Hibernian Society Parade. The South Carolina Irish Historical Society, along with the mayor's office, will raise the Irish flag over city hall at 10:30 a.m. The Knight of Columbus Hall on Calhoun St. will be offering a traditional Irish-American lunch of corned beef and cabbage beginning at noon.
