2010 NFL Divisional Playoffs Schedule and Television Coverage

The 2010 NFL Divisional Playoffs schedule and television coverage is coming into focus. The 2010 NFL Divisional Playoff television schedule is going to include games on both CBS and FOX, with a full weekend of games set on Saturday, January 16th and Sunday, January 17th. With wins by Dallas over Philadelphia and the New York Jets over Cincinnati during the first NFL Wild Card games, the divisional playoff schedule is starting to take form. The first revelation is that Dallas will now play against Minnesota in the second round, with the winner of Arizona or Green Bay taking on New Orleans in the NFC Playoff bracket. It's not clear which team that New Orleans would prefer to face, but it will be a good game either way.

Cowboys Crush Eagles

Over in the AFC, the divisional playoffs aren't quite set yet, as we need to learn the results of the Baltimore vs. New England game first. The way it is going to work out, is that the worst seeded team plays against the Indianapolis Colts in the divisional round. It means that Indianapolis will play the New York Jets or Baltimore, so their opponent will be decided by how well New England plays on Sunday. That leaves either New England (if they win) or the New York Jets playing against San Diego in the second round. Both Indianapolis and San Diego will be hosting those games in the second round of the playoffs, potentially having a big home field advantage against either of their opponents.
