The 2010 SEC Tournament Brackets and Schedule Were Released for Conference Tournament

The 2010 SEC Tournament brackets were revealed, with Kentucky as the top seed in the tournament. The 2010 SEC Tournament brackets get started on Thursday, March 11th with the first game on the schedule between Georgia and Auburn. The top four seeds in the 2010 SEC Tournament are Kentucky and Vanderbilt from the East and Mississippi and Mississippi State in the SEC West bracket. The official SEC Tournament bracket is listed below, with all games listed as eastern standard time, and the games all getting started at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday March 11th.

The SEC likes to be center stage, and will have one of the final games on Sunday, March 14th before the NCAA Tournament Selection Committee reveals the 65 teams making it into the 2010 NCAA Tournament. Kentucky is of course the favorite to win the 2010 SEC Tournament, having been ranked No. 1 this season in both major polls. Kentucky has star point guard John Wall leading the way, but several teams, including Florida, Tennessee, and Mississippi State are primed to offer a huge challenge for those Wild Cats. The 2010 SEC Tournament brackets are set, and we get to see the action start on Thursday night.

The 2010 SEC Tournament Championship Game will be played on Sunday, March 14th on ABC starting at 1:00 p.m. EST.
