About Daytona Beach, Florida
Daytona Beach and Spring Break are synonymous with fun. People have been going to Daytona Beach for Spring Break for many generations and some argue that it's still the best place to go.
Daytona Beach is located in Volusia County Florida and is the principal city of the Deltona-Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach areas. It is considered to be located on the "Fun Coast" region of Florida on the Atlantic side.
Known for its hard-packed sand which has been a success for those in motorsports, and it is also the headquarters for NASCAR.
Daytona Beach has been known to cater to those who visit on Spring Break, but that reputation is said to be more so in the past than today. However, many students still visit Daytona and that's because there is so much to do.
