So united are we
Bravely crossing, shoulder to shoulder
Hand in hand, faces beaming
Hearts resolved and strong
Crossing
No, tearing through
The thin fabric of time

Glad are we for this time that has passed
So relieved to see it go
Farewell to every hardship
Goodbye to ideas that didn't work
We bid you vale, time spent wastefully
Thank you for strengthening and teaching us
Thank you for shaping our future and gracing us

With our new patience, wisdom and grace
We now run to newness of untouched horizons
Sun of time warming our hearts and faces
Through the gossamer fabric of the ages
We cross into
Opportunities buffered by the experience of before
Days anew and all alight with the blush of innocence

With more love and positivity
We shall take great care of these new days
Lovingly pass through time
While harming none
Cherishing every second of goodness at hand
Having left behind the negative desuetude of the past
Devouring the sensuousness of imminent virginal future
