There is nothing more fun than watching a competition. On Iron Chef America, your family will enjoy watching the hour long show as two chefs compete against each other. Not only will you come to love the chefs, but you will enjoy this clean show!
Family Friendly Show #2
"Amazing Race" -- CBS
Our family loves to watch Amazing Race. We usually are picking which "task" each of us would do and complete. It's fun to enjoy getting to know these people who are on a jaunt around the world... all to compete for a million dollars!
Note: There are times when we fast forward people. Not everyone has something good to say. This is totally up to each family.
Family Friendly Show #3
"American Idol" -- FOX
Who doesn't love American Idol? There is something so amazing about getting an opportunity of a lifetime by getting a chance for stardom! We come to know and love the American Idol contestants week after week.
Note: During the earlier shows of the seasons, we do often fast forward some of the Idol hopefuls. They don't always have anything good to say. Just fast forward and keep watching!
Family Friendly Show #4
"Undercover Boss" -- CBS
Undercover Boss is all about the head boss working the tough jobs --all undercover, off course. Watch these CEO's and Presidents work the jobs of waitress, plumber, and every other hard job in their company. It is rewarding as a family to see how important it is to give your 100% best. This show teaches many great morals that are great to talk about with the kids.
Family Friendly Show #5
"Dancing with the Stars" -- ABC
Dancing with the Stars is where stars come to compete on a dance show. Most of these stars have never danced before in their lives. We get to watch as they learn to dance with the help of a dance professional. Not only do families get to enjoy the progression, but we can talk with our kids what it means to give 100%. We watch these dancers and stars give their all for the dances. Outfits can be skimpy.
Note: There are times when we have fast forwarded a particular dance because it was too perv-vocative. Watch at your own discretion.
Family Friendly Show #6
"Food Feuds" -- Food Network
If you ever wondered who has the best cheesecake or lobsters, just ask Michael Symon. He not only is funny with his boisterous laugh but he knows how to pick the best places to search for food. This show is a wonderful family show that everyone will enjoy!
