2011 Golden Globes Rundown

On Jan. 16, the 2011 Golden Globes will be broadcast from the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Ricky Gervais hosted the 2010 Golden Globes, and will be back for another round of hosting this year. The Golden Globes is one of the few award shows that honors both television and movies.

Here are some fun and interesting facts about the Golden Globes:

* The first telecasts of the Golden Globes, 1958 through 1963, were only aired locally in Los Angeles.
