For some odd reason people love to dress up as their favorite celebrity for Halloween. Is it because they want to feel sexy, or be like that person? I have no idea. Regardless, this year 2011, the celebrity costume ideas will be flowing like a river, especially after all the controversy this year.

Last year Kanye West, Tiger Woods, Snookie, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Lindsay Lohan took the top. Who's hot for 2011? Here's a list of people and ideas how you can become them for Halloween.

Charlie Sheen

One of the most talked about celebrities besides Gaga this year was Charlie Sheen. Mark my word, this will be one of the most popular costumes ideas. So you better order ahead of time if possible. Go as Tiger Blood, Winning, or the Two and a Half Men character.
