2011 Hottest Hair Color Trends for Spring/summer Are Bright and Eye Popping

With winter almost over, it's time to think fresh new colors for the spring and summer 2011. Although black, vanilla blonde, turquoise, and copper is hot, you also have other colors hitting the scene now. This year is the time to make that total change, it's all about bold and bodacious colors that really stand out. Here's are some of my hottest choices for Spring/Summer 2011.

Platinum Blonde

This color actually looks white almost, but very hot. Wear it by itself, or dazzle it up with bold chunks of black, vibrant red, or carmel brown. If your daring enough you can even boost the platinum up with pink tips, which is another hot look right now. Eye Popping Red Shades

Think fire red, poppy red, rose red, ruby, tulip red, blood red, vampire red, red passion, crimson, infra red, Rihanna bright red, bright copper, fiery auburn, Irish red, dark red, and bold pomegranate. Think bright. The brighter the better this year.

Caramel Blonde, Butterscotch, Ice Blonde, Or Honey

Add flair to the hair and create multi-tones of caramel, honey, and butterscotch on a soft golden brown base. Daring enough? Then add these tones on a platinum or red base. These shades are great for those people looking for a drastic change yet very natural looking. Show off the great hair shimmer in the sun or at the beach with these great color choices.

Silver Or Silver With Onyx

A cool silver look works great on hair that is light from the beginning. If you have darker hair you need to double process it until you reach a pale stage, then you need to place a toner on top to avoid any brassiness.

Color the whole head silver and dye the tips black, or section the hair and place chunky highlights of black throughout the top and sides. This is a very exotic and hot look for spring/summer 2011. Although some wouldn't think going dark is appropriate for these times of the years but it is. Just make sure if you go with this silver look make sure your makeup look very natural, and add a little bronzer to face to give you that natural glow. Whatever you do, do not wear neon or bright bold colors in your clothing. This will make your silver hair look ridiculous, and make you look very hard. White clothing is awesome in the summer or spring with silver hair tones.
