- Replace less than professional materials to change first impressions.
- Pitch everyone on the way out (IE: Capture more referral and repeat business from exit traffic from website and business both)
- Convert print catalog to online search-friendly database, editable in real time live online.
- Completely rewrite all marketing materials and policy and procedures training manual to be up-to-date
- Rewrite online e-book that feeds us to be up-to-date for 2011
- Re-invent website to add on more profitable, less costly services to increase profits and keep competitors from stealing market share with sweet lies.
- Write about the sweet lies on my blog.
- Re post the sweet lies all over hell and the Internet, linked back to me with key words that match the page they aim at
- Study analytic data, optimize accordingly
- Let the whole world know it.
- Duplicate myself with leads and referrals and strategic alliance with other businesses who target the same market, share exit traffic and referrals.
- Get something to go viral
- Become my own lead generator instead of paying middlemen who do a poor job.
- Stop using an excuse to not do things that must be done.
- Outsource everything that i realistically cannot get done.
- Prepare to win.
- Call it ahead of time.
- Say I told ya so loudly and do it again.
- Use uplog.org to help accomplish all of the above for myself and my clients..
