2011 MTV Movie Awards Kristen Stewart Robert Pattinson Kiss?

One of the biggest questions surrounding the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, at least for "Twilight" fans, is whether Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will offer a live kiss? If the two win the "Best Kiss" award again, will they tantalize the audience as they have in the past or will the off screen couple actually go for it?

The two have toyed with the idea in the past. So could this finally be the year where Stewart and Pattinson share a smooch in front of everyone? Let's just say the two haven't exactly set the world on fire with their make believe kiss during the past two shows. Most of us remember the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, when Pattinson and Stewart awkwardly took the stage and got close but no cigar. So what happened in 2010? The two once again flirted with an actual lip lock after once again winning the "Best Kiss" award. Instead, fans got another "not quite" in the kiss department. You can watch that moment here at the 2:30 minute mark on YouTube.

The whole thing has to be exhausting for fans who are hoping and wishing for a closer look at the romance between characters Bella and Edward. It has been a three year tease in the making if the two were to actually lock lips on the 2011 MTV Music Awards. Could the two ever live up to the expectations they've built up with their charades over the past several years at these same awards?

How could MTV allow anyone else to take the stage knowing that "Twilight" fans will literally be dying to witness what could or what will happen is Bella and Edward take the stage(dressed as Robert and Kristen, of course!)
