2011 NFL Draft Top 10 Prospects; An Early Look

Michael Luchies
#10. Greg Jones, ILB, Michigan State- Staying another year at Michigan State hopefully will not damage his draft position. Jones is a NFL ready inside linebacker.

#9. Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford- May still be raw even after another year, but scouts and NFL GM's alike love Luck and will give him a chance to become a franchise QB.

#8. Mike Pouncey, G/C, Florida- Brother has already left for the NFL while Mike decided to stick around. Pouncey will be a very sought after Center as several teams will have this need come April 2011.

#7. Greg Romeus, DE, Pittsburgh- second best end in the 2011 draft, hard to contain.

#6. Allen Bailey, DT, Miami- 7 Sacks in 2009. Bailey has the power needed at defensive tackle in the NFL.

#5. A.J. Green, WR, Georgia- Has speed and hands to be a top 5 pick, now it's time to see if he can stay healthy

#4. Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU- Great corner, will make a big difference for an NFL team

#3. Adrian Clayborn, DE, Iowa- Bound to get Suh comparisons although he is a completely different defensive force. He will be the talk of the draft on the defensive side of the ball come next April.

#2. Mark Ingram, RB, Alabama- Best game changing back to come into the NFL since Adrian Peterson.

#1. Jake Locker, QB, Washington- No doubt he is the best talented QB in the 2011 draft. Luck and Mallet should be first rounders as well, but can't match Lockers pure talent and decision making.
