2011 Washington Redskins Football Schedule: Game-By-Game Predictions
Redskins Fans Won't Need Shades for the Future
I am using FB Schedules website and for this article "2011 Washington Redskins Football Schedule."
The Washington Redskins against the AFC East:
I don't think the Redskins will do too badly against their own division. However, I do think they will be swept by a rejuvenated Dallas Cowboys team. A split with Philadelphia and the Giants gives them a 2-4 division record.
It is now that I think the Redskins' season goes south.
The Washington Redskins against non-divisional teams on the road:
Washington visits Seattle, St. Louis, Carolina, Buffalo and Miami. Admittedly, there are some weak teams on this schedule. It may shock you but I think the Redskins go 0-5 on the road. I think they are the "upset" team for all the teams with problems like Buffalo and Carolina.
The Washington Redskins against non-divisional teams at home:
The Redskins play host to Arizona, the 49ers, Minnesota, the Patriots and the Jets. Things will not fare much better for the Washington fellows at home. The only win they will get will be against the Vikings. They will lose to the Cardinals, 49ers, New England and the New York Jets. So, they will be 1-4 at home.
It's shocking I know, but every season we have a couple of teams with poor records and I think the Redskins will be one of those teams in 2011 with a 3-13 record.
I will remind you fans, as in an earlier paragraph and in other articles, that obviously I am mortal and will probably miss at least one or two predictions. So, if you're a Redskins fan, don't give up on my account.
Now the players and the owners, well that's another story.
